Mô tả công việc

Role purpose
To execute People strategy in Vietnam, consistent with the Firms People Management strategy, working closely with the Director of Talent Management - JAO and Vietnam Managing Partner.
 To provide Talent Management business-partnering with consistently high standards and client service orientation, which enables the Vietnam offices to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Main responsibilities
Work with the Vietnam office leadership, JAO Talent Management (TM) leadership, Expert Functions and Global End-to-End Services to deliver Talent Management services in Vietnam, understanding local market needs and dynamics as well as practice group needs.
Partner with PG Talent Business Partners and local PG to refresh the annual timekeeper talent pipeline for timekeeper and business professional
Manage annual talent activities for the office which include but not limited to salary review, annual bonus, performance review and budgeting
Build strong and effective relationships with partners and functional leaders to raise creditability and to develop a deep knowledge of the priorities, issues and challenges of Vietnam office
Manage talent analytics ensuring accurate, meaningful data and dashboards are used to evaluate programs, processes, and all talent-related activity
Leverage workforce planning analytics to create a clear view of talent demand (growth, business objectives) and supply issues (risk of turnover, retirement, and workforce mobility) and incorporate into talent action plan for Vietnam office
Support embedding shared values of collaboration and exceptional client service to all internal clients
Create a positive and proactive environment in the Vietnam offices, consistent with the Firms values and policies
Partner closely with our expert People functions (Learning & Leadership, Careers & Performance, Diversity and Inclusion, Recruitment & Mobility) to ensure implementation of our internal and external talent strategies align with the requirements of Vietnam business.
Serve as Talent Management contact for Vietnam leadership regarding sensitive employee issues and work with internal and external employment counsel to resolve complex human resources/talent management issues and sensitive employee relations issues, including reviewing and approving all business professional and timekeeper termination decisions in advance of notification
Support global development and promotion processes in Vietnam working closely with the Director of Talent Management - JAO to ensure that all processes are aligned regionally
Identify and maximise opportunities to improve performance and potential capability of Vietnam office , enabling employees to deliver to the best of their abilities and work towards the next steps in their careers
Support organisational change and improvement across human resources, performance management and compensation, workforce planning, career development and succession planning
Implement the Firms response to its employee surveys in Vietnam, working closely with Vietnam leadership and JAO People function to develop and execute initiatives
Partnering with the office Diversity and Inclusion Partners on diversity initiatives
Other duties as assigned to develop and drive Vietnam and JAO strategy

Yêu cầu công việc

Technical skills, qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree focusing on Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, or other related areas
3-4 experience in HR/Talent Management, preferably in a professional services firm environment
Fluent written and spoken English and Vietnamese language
Ability to influence and manage partners and senior executive relationship, good collaboration skills and stakeholder management
Effective coaching, counselling, business acumen and overall communication skills
Tenacity and resilience
Self-starter with a can do attitude
Experience working in a matrix working environment or multinational business
