Mô tả công việc

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Support the Sales & Marketing activities and serve as a point of reference in the technical knowledge
and application of AD products for Customers and End users.
You will be reporting to the Technical Services Manager, ASEAN who is based in Singapore.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Be a Technical Resource Internally / Externally on One Avery Product Line:
- Application & product recommendations
- After sales service (troubleshooting) for product processing and end user functionality
- Competitive product performance understanding /benchmarking
- Develop information for data sheets and other technical marketing collateral
- Engage with converters and end users as directed by marketing /sales personnel
- Direct technician on application based testing support, direct /Train AC’s
Product Development / Scale Up Support:
- Define market needs and translate into technical CTQ’s
- Support new product development scale up’s / ECR’s / Prototyping
- Provide field trial support / ensure products meet customer requirements
Compliance:
- Understanding compliance requirements and own response
- Understanding OEM specifications, define CTQ’s for products to comply
- Agency relationship and compliance project management

Yêu cầu công việc

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Chemical, Printing Technology, Paper or Film
Packaging or related fields.
- 5-7 Years experienced in technical support for industrial products
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good supervisory & technical skill.
- English proficiency - effective communication skills, both written and oral
