With the aim to deliver these highly visible projects, we are looking for smart, collaborative, enthusiastic and well-organized professionals who are willing to take an active part in a sustainable, long-term product venture with a start-up mindset.
As a French/English Speaking Customer, you will:
- Analyze support and assistance request from our French and English speaking customer
- Research, diagnose, record, and analyze Customer issues with accurate solutions.
- Have high speed Interactions with Vietnam’s Level 3 - Support (Development Team)
- Have high speed Interactions with Level 1 Support in Switzerland, Spa
in and France
- Respond to Customer Assistance Request in writing. Help your colleagues for translations
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to maintain customer satisfaction
