Mô tả công việc
•Provide on-site and mobilephone technical support: How to install properly hardwards, fittings, electronic locks, light systems, sanitary products base on technical specifications.
•Inspect products operation to detect broken or damaged structures.
•Testing and consulting if there is any fault in installion that affects directly to products.
•Adjusting, repairing hardware, fittings follow mechanical principles.
•Estimate height, width, length, and other proportions, using suitable materials.
•Verify part dimensions or clearances to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
•Inform sellers if the products need to be change to other ones.
•Write installation / repair reports which records working progress, result with customer’s signature.
•Instruct customers regarding operation and care of products, and provide necessary information such as emergency service numbers.
•Support salespeople, customers, partners about technical (Installation parameters, positions and the minimum requirements for appliances to work well).
Yêu cầu công việc
•Graduated technical vocational school or college about Construction, Mechanics
•Minimum of 2 years experiences in the construction field or repair of houses, buildings
•Building and Construction: Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction, repairing of furniture, houses, buildings.
•Design: Knowledge of reading technical specifications, drawings and models.
•Quality Control Analysis: Conducting tests and inspections of products or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
•Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
•Knowledge of machines and tools: including their designs, uses, how to repair and maintenance.
•Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
