YOUR RESPONSIBILITY 1.COMPONENTS LOCALIZATION - Localize the development of key textile component (fabrics, mesh…) with co-operation of component engineer/ expert in Head Quarter (Lille, France). +Active communicate with component team from head office to know the component strategy, expectation from the customer,... +Propose new components and technology which is adapt to the needs of the customer. +Lead the duplication project and validate components according to the procedure. +Build up a comprehensive catalogue for textile & key component offer. 2.QUALITY MANAGEMENT - Lead & Implement Quality Control Standard and Control Plan. +Implement components quality control plan (colour, final inspection, LAB test,...). +Manage supplier’s quality system (HRP, QA, Lab, Toxic, and Environment). 3.COSTING - Decrease component price. +Master cost of the material, process cost and works on cost reductions program. +Negotiate and optimize the best price/ quality/ lead time. 4. Build & Manage Panel of Suppliers. +Source potentials supplier in terms of quality, cost, technology, supply chain… +Manage the suppliers (panel evolutions, business plan ….) WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU • You love sports and you are at the service of your clients. • You are confident and efficient at English and Vietnamese communication. Speaking Chinese is an advantage. • You have know-how and > 2 year experiences on textile process (Yarn, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing…) • You are passionate in textile production and in industrial projects management. • You manage your industrial suppliers on the field based on the continuous improvement logic. • You are positive, curious and detail-oriented • Mobile internationally would be an advantage.
