YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
1. COMPONENTS LOCALIZATION - Localize the development of key textile component (fabrics, mesh…) with co-operation of component engineer/ expert in Head Quarter (Lille, France).
+ Active communicate with component team from head office to know the component strategy, expectation from the customer,...
+ Propose new components and technology which is adapt to the needs of the customer.
+ Lead the duplication project and validate components according to the procedure.
+ Build up a comprehensive catalogue for textile & key component offer.
2. QUALITY MANAGEMENT - Lead & Implement Quality Control Standard and Control Plan.
+ Implement components quality control plan (colour, final inspection, LAB test,...).
+ Manage supplier’s quality system (HRP, QA, Lab, Toxic, and Environment).
3. COSTING - Decrease component price.
+ Master cost of the material, process cost and works on cost reductions program.
+ Negotiate and optimize the best price/ quality/ lead time.
4. Build & Manage Panel of Suppliers.
+ Source potentials supplier in terms of quality, cost, technology, supply chain…
+ Manage the suppliers (panel evolutions, business plan ….)
