We are looking for a Senior Designer to produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs.To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, UX/UI and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures and product packaging.You will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery• Build-up the brand guidelines and present to all the relevant departments to make sure everyone work on the same guide.• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics• Review junior designers’ work from different schools to ensure high quality• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services• Increase user friendliness in digital products such as online platform, website, landing pages, etc.• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

• Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal/external support departments• Cultivate and leverage network with digital/social influencers• Manage customer inquiries on school website / school official social media channels • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives for corporate website & social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube etc.)• Develop content, style & layout for website content as well as other marketing & communications materials;• Coordinate with agency to plan & execute SEO & SEM campaign for corporate website of different versions.• Manage the company’s CMS, coordinate with designer and developers in the process of developing and maintaining the corporate’s website.• Keep track of & analyse web performance; propose & implement changes if required.• Research and acquire innovative new channels in creating leads• Create and maintain the omnichannel platform to nurture the funnel for better performance in sales.

I. Job Description:- Manages, stores and updates the expat staffing profile of the system including current and retired staff.- To ensure the accurate and timely implementation of professional activities related to:1. Letter of Employment, Labor contract, Letter of invitation to renew contract for foreign Staff.2. Procedures for issuance / re-issuance of Work Permit, Temporary Resident Card, Visa ... for foreign Staff.3. Salary and benefits policies for foreign staff.4. Reports on foreign staff in accordance with regulations.5. Other regimes for foreign workers.- Resolving, supporting the handling of questions of foreign employees related to HR.- Monitor and update the regulations and documents related to the use of foreign labor by the authorities at all levels in Vietnam.- Interpreting work, supporting the school principals.- Other tasks related to Human Resources as assigned by HR Director.

Position ObjectiveAdmissions Manager manages the Admissions for the Canadian International Schools System (CISS), manages the Admissions processes in line with the Admissions Plan and Policies, strategizes new procedures and processes that better serve growth for CISS, and oversees training and up-skilling of Admissions Team in sales and quality customer service.ResponsibilitiesAdmissions Manager reports directly to the Deputy General Director of Business/Admissions & Marketing, and perform a full range of duties, including but not limited to:Admissions1. Manage the Admissions Department to ensure policies and processes are followed in line with the schools Admissions Plan (including tuition incentives, accelerated enrolment, etc.)2. Develop systems and processes to support admissions growth for CISS.3. Further develop all admissions staff to ensure continuity in regards to sales for CISS.4. Provide information interviews, meetings and emails to foreign and Vietnamese prospective parents and companies to promote enrolment.5. Liaise with companies and relocation agents fostering relationships to promote growth for CISS.6. Manage distribution of workload to the Admissions Team.7. Maintain and providing a regular reporting system for management in regards to enrolment. 8. Manage the procedures for correct Student Management Systems and storage and digitalizing of student files. 9. Work closely with Principals, School Operations Managers, Academic Advisory Officers, School Counsellors, and other related Departments in caring for admission records, withdrawals, transcripts and other related tasks.Community Liaison1. Maintain effective working relationships within the internal (parent and teacher community) and with external (local and overseas) associates.2. Attend networking events; in particular, the chambers of commerce such as AmCham, EuroCham, BBGV, and CanCham, and other Chambers.3. Liaise with important community groups i.e. Consulate Generals, Corporate Clients, Cultural Representative Group, PTO etc.4.
