Number of vacancy: 01 Working time: 08,00- 17,00 from Monday to Saturday Workplace: Work site/ Project- Ho Chi Minh City Main duty - Assist Project Manager in overall management and implementation of HSE plan. - Participating in audits, inspections and monitoring programs to measure the effectiveness of HSE management system and assure requirements are being effectively communicated throughout the workforce. - Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports to Project Manager for corrective actions. - Check and advise on work plan or procedures for HSE prior to work commencement. - Coordinate with Consultant, subcontractors, JV’s partners regarding to HSE activities. - Liaise with sub contractors’ HSE supervisors regarding to HSE to all workers of Subcontractors. - Report and Carry out all incident investigation, submit reports completely and present all remedial actions, provide advice, guidance for corrective actions and accident prevention. - Prepare, review, and update regulary risk assessments. - Attend toolbox talks on a regular basis and ensure that they are being conducted in a professional manner. - Coordinate with government authorities, Department of Labor on matters pertaining to legal HSE requirements. - Maintain properly HSE management system and records. Reporting / Documentation: - Reporting to Project Manager, BU’s Safety Manager on occurrence of site / project events and safety issues that could have a major impact on the project progress or costs. - Monitor the daily Incoming/Outgoing documents related to HSE management activities and ensure proper distribution of such documents to relevant recipient(s)

The jobholder will cover the following duties and responsibilities: 1. Vehicle homologation for CKD models new type approvals • Be proactive in leading & developing cost effective homologation planning & process for vehicle type approval achieving timely launch of the new products; • Work with VAMA/VR for the Vietnam authority to accept UNECE certificates and /or ASEAN test reports in line with ASEAN MRA; • Develop new model type approval plan for new CKD launch; • Obtain the new models emission testing & certification for CKD • Obtain type approval for new CKD models; • Support QA to Extension certificates for each existing models and to obtain 100% vehicle certificate for wholesales daily; • Communicate & cascade mandatory government regulations with LVEA program team through non LVEA VH&C coordinator; • Thoroughly check / validate all ECE approvals before submitting to Vietnamese authorities; • Work with cross functional teams & non LVEA coordinator to access the impact of engineering changes & supporting extension approvals; • Support & execute the SE&SE vehicle deliverables at GPDS gateways; 2. Vehicle homologation for CBU Models (Each Shipment) • Be proactive in leading & developing cost effective homologation planning & process for vehicle type approval achieving timely launch of the new products; • Work with VAMA for elimination of Vietnam unique mandatory inspection requirements by replacing it with the BU type approval process; • Make plan for CBU homologation • Work with custom to ensure homologation CBU unit for sales; • Monitor the vehicle registration with custom broker/forwarder; impact of engineering changes & supporting extension approvals; 3. VAMA technical sub-committee representative for FVL • Participate in VAMA technical committees to make necessary cooperation, influence Vietnam vehicle regulations in line with Ford product plan & minimize unexpected legislation of Vietnam unique regulations; • Work with VAMA to secure appropriate minimum lead time for implementation of new vehicle regulations to protect ford product cycle plans for the market; • Prepare and present the technical regulation response to VAMA office for FVL; 4. Advanced Vehicle Regulations, Fuel quality / emission, safety standard development / forecast • Report to advanced vehicle regulations team all movement of vehicle regulation & homologation in Vietnam for cascading all the critical regulatory requirements being developed/ revised into corporate regulatory database so that the product plan & product development for Vietnam will be achieved without any timing/cost impacts; • Work with Fuel standard centre to develop/comment on fuel standards both petrol & diesel standards; • Update Bio-Fuel ethanol standard; • Ensure environment & safety regulation adoption in line with the ASEAN MRA scheme & to be prepare for VR’s mandatory testing requirement roadmap; • Work with VAMA for accession of Vietnam to the 1958 UNECE agreement for achieving regulatory harmonization & MRA under the 1958 agreement scheme; • Work with VAMA for adoption of the UNECE regulations as per ASEAN MRA plan prior to accession to the 1958 agreement,. 5.
