• Screen and optimize services of new go-ahead bookings • Control confirmations (quality and price) • Push pending bookings • Monitor, manage and process change requests and update systems accurately • Perform changes as per Agents requests – Including pre-final adjustments • Research and reply to Agents miscellaneous requests during operations, through Sales Office Operations • Prepare invoices, additional invoices, credit notes – including negotiations with local office • Finalize and print final documents • Support Sales Office Operations with trouble-shooting for tours on the road • Support local service account queries • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements: • This role is responsible to operate tours as per pre-defined standard operating procedures (SOP). Contact with stakeholders within the organization (Sales offices, hotel team, local offices, and third party suppliers). And also responsible for supporting Sales to build a reputation for outstanding customer service by managing and developing services and finding innovative ways to help support our customers. Internal Communication: • Optimum and effective communication with Sales Office, Operations, 3rd party suppliers, and suppliers • Collaboration with Sales and Quotation Team • Price and condition negotiations with Sales and Local Office Qualifications: • Nationality: Vietnamese • University: Bachelor Degree in Hotel / Tourism management / Foreign Language or related fields • At least 1-2 years’ experience in similar position or tourism industry • Excellent command of English language for written and verbal communication • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be computer literate with extensive hands-on experience working with computer systems (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Knowledge of operations activity within the travel industry would be advantageous • Positive attitude, Self-motivated, with attention to details • Negotiation skills • Hardworking, speedy and efficient working attitude • Ability to handle heavy workload and pressure • Precise, logical and straight forward communication skills • Analytical thinking • Good organization skill and ability to prioritize with sound reasoning • Fast memorizing of special deals • Top quality and accurate level of operations experience in tourism field • Previous experience in Customer service and in multi-cultural environment is a big advantage • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure • Willingness to learn new things and contribute to the team with new ideas & creativity
