Control logistics process according to existing guidelines and procedures to meet the export plan.
General Functions
• Control the physical Position of Viet/Laos/Indos to comply with the export plan.
• Implement the delivery plan to comply with the export plan
• Issue and execute shipping instructions to import and re-export coffee
• Review and approve shipping documents to make sure match our shipping instructions
• Elaborates ISF report to be sumbmited to brokers
• Elaborate and analyze traffic reports and shipment KPI´s for decision making
• Supervise the Human Talent under responsibility to ensure Talent Growth
Internal
• Commercial Operations team: To coordinate logistics.
• Factory Manager Mercafe VN: To coordinate coffee availability
• Operation Manager Mercafe VN: to coordinate shipment plan
• Finance Controller VN: to coordinate shipment invoice
• QC Manager Mercon: to coordinate the PSS results
External
• Legal Entities: To get Fito sanitarium paper, certificate of orign in order to export.
• Trucking providers: to coordinate local transportations
• Exporters: To make sure the shipments and documents are is according to the plan
• Shipping lines: To coordinate bookings
• Clients: To analyze and process claims
