Mô tả công việc

- Perform the tasks of production related to the set-up of new production line
- Build a department environment in which to achieve production requirements by providing leadership and coaching to department members.
- Provide guidance and train line workers performing production tasks.
- Drive continuous KPI performance improvement, including: Quality, Productivity, Cost down
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure optimized detailed plan that meets and exceeds requirement.
- Manage and test of change related to the product, working process, equipment, etc.
- Write production documents and ensures that the work conforms to the company standards, working procedures and specifications.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor of engineering or equivalent work experience; major in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: at least 5 years in managerial position of manufacturing line about electronic products.
- Qualification: Understanding of production process, line, equipment, system about electronic products
- Good in English, enable understanding technical materials, effective communication in writing and talking.
- Familiar with Microsoft office(Power point, Excel, Word)
- Personal characteristics: honest, positive attitude thinking, self-motivated, passion, strong leadership
- Live in near Bac Ninh is preferable
