Report To: Sales Manager of China Supervises : Shoe Far East Sales Manager - Monitor the monthly sales result from shoe factories - Regular visit to promote the products to shoe factories in Vietnam. Get the market information / trend and co-work closely with the shoes factory and local branded office. - Introduce new products to branded and shoe factories. Support the shoe trial under the guidance of Technical Manager if any. - Analyse the forecast from shoe factories / agents and provide the monthly production plan. In the meantime, to reduce the unhealthy stock and to minimize the inventory level. - Observe the account credibility (A/C) and make sure the account receivability (A/R). - Responsible for price setting. ( Provide the proposal to sales manager) - Responsible for first customers’ complain and help to solve it under the guidance of technical manager. - Set up the yearly sales target to achieve individual COT plan. - Provide the relevant market / competitors’ information to the upper manager for the 5 years strategy plan. - Special projects pointed by supervisor.
