Reports to: Global Marketing Manager (based in Headquarters office in Toronto) Job Profile and Responsibilities: The Marketing Specialist for Venus Concept Vietnam is responsible for implementing and localizing the marketing strategy as directed by the Global Marketing Manager at Corporate Toronto. The Marketing Specialist will operate with clearly defined return on investment goals for lead generation, customer acquisition and customer satisfaction. Marketing Responsibilities Manage the roll-out of marketing programs that generate leads and increase customer satisfaction while working closely with local stakeholders. Maintenance of Venus Concept website: • Keep all content up to date and SEO optimized • Upload localized content per country Lead Generation: • Sponsored Ads on Google, Yahoo and Bing o Maintenance and analysis • Sponsored Ads on Industry Websites o Maintenance and analysis • Social Media Advertising o Implementation, maintenance and analysis • Email Marketing o Creation, deployment and analysis • Sales Development o Follow up with incoming leads to secure sales opportunities • Database Development o Increase, filter and update current list of prospects • Events Management o Work with Corporate and the sales organization to create a localized events strategy and schedule o Plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of each event Sales Support: • Asset creation and management o Customize and localize all assets to be relevant for the market o Manage the translation of all assets from Corporate (if applicable) o Provide insight to Corporate on which assets are most effective, and provide recommendations on how assets can be improved o Manage inventory of sales and marketing material • Marketing Consultations with Prospects o Provide marketing consultations with potential customers to aid in the sales process o Provide additional marketing support to high value prospects • Marketing Training o Set up and train sales team on Marketing Strategies and tools Customer Support: • Responds to marketing inquiries from customers and provide support to help increase patient demand and customer retention • Maintenance of VenusTreatments.com (consumer website) o Upload profile for every new customer o Keep all content up to date and SEO optimized o Add localized content per country • Marketing Kit o Prepare Marketing Kit for every new customer o Follow up with customer and educate them on how to use the assets in their practice • Monthly Support Calls with Customers o Call every customer on a month to month basis to provide marketing support and education o Send all customers a monthly email with new material/assets they can use to sell our treatments PR & Media Management • Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive media relations and maximizing positive publicity for the corporate brand and its product brands • Manage relationship with PR agency • Report on the effectiveness of our PR initiatives • Distribute appearances across all online channels Reporting Responsibilities Monthly Reporting: • Complete Marketing Reporting Package on a monthly basis and send to Global Marketing Manager for live review • Have monthly and quarterly calls with Global Marketing Manager and Sales Management to review results, progress and opportunities • Conduct a complete analysis of all marketing campaigns - report on ROI and make recommendations on adjustments needed • Host weekly/monthly meetings with Sales Manager and Country Manager (VP of Sales) to identify sales pipeline and how marketing can assist in closing those opportunities Budget Management: • Assist in building the yearly marketing budget by identifying top activities that support sales and strategic goals • Monthly review of all marketing expenses vs. outcomes • Analysis of every lead generation channel with emphasis on the following metrics: Cost per Lead, Cost per Conversion to Demo, Cost per Customer Acquisition General Responsibilities • Efficient management of people, projects and resources, including outside vendors, consultants, customer service contractors, and public relations agencies. Responsible for demonstrating excellent and cost efficient time, project and people management skills • Ensures work meets project needs, align with the brand strategy, and meet Venus Concept standards consistently • Provides Monthly Performance Report to Global Marketing Manager by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data based on marketing outcomes and job performance • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments • Contributes to a positive and supportive team working environment
