We are looking for both Automation and Manual Quality Control/Tester to join VinIDs Product team: Loyalty, E-wallet, Home Service, Booking, Data warehouse&CRM...You are expected to:
- Preparing, updating and maintaining relevant test documentation, including: Test case, test scripts, diagrams and examples where appropriate in accordance with testing procedures and quality accredited standards
- Perform one of the following test: Automation/Manual UI test, API test, Mobile test, Performance test
- Testing, identifying and coordinating re-test of deficiencies and issues via JIRA as workflow actions.
- Perform software validation, completing the test script and documenting the evidence of testing to ensure the software is acceptable as per specifications
- Assisting other test team members and associated IT and Business resources as appropriate to the implementation of testing related activities.

• Nghiên cứu, soạn thảo, hoàn thiện các hồ sơ pháp lý của công ty. Tư vấn, giải quyết các vấn đề pháp lý phát sinh trong hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty. Tư vấn, thực hiện các thủ tục, hồ sơ pháp lý của các dự án đầu tư.
• Nghiên cứu luật, nghị định, thông tư… liên quan đến các lĩnh vực hoạt động của Công ty
Nghiên cứu tìm hiểu, cập nhật thường xuyên các thông tin mới nhất về pháp luật cho Ban lãnh đạo.
• Tham gia đàm phán với nhà cung cấp trong quá trình soạn thảo hợp đồng nếu có yêu cầu của bộ phận liên quan;
• Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các thủ tục liên quan đến các hồ sơ, thủ tục như thành lập, thay đổi, đăng ký nhãn hiệu, hợp đồng vay nợ …
• Quản lý các văn bản, hồ sơ pháp lý của Công ty theo quy định
• Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm tra pháp lý, tính hợp pháp cho tất cả các giao dịch của Công ty
• Đảm bảo mọi thủ tục, qui trình hoạt động của Công ty hợp pháp
• Liên hệ, giao dịch với các cơ quan bên ngoài để giải quyết công việc Ban lãnh đạo phân công. Tham gia tố tụng theo sự phân công của Ban lãnh đạo công ty nhằm đảm bảo quyền lợi cho Công ty

- Tìm kiếm khách hàng, phát triển kênh bán hàng B2B và B2C với mục tiêu đạt được chỉ tiêu năm cho doanh thu của công ty.
- Làm việc với các đối tác để phát triển hệ thống phân phối thẻ Giftcard, theo dõi hiệu quả làm việc của các đối tác theo kỳ/quý và báo cho các bộ phận liên quan.
- Hợp tác và làm việc với các bộ phận nội bộ như tiếp thị, vận hành, phát triển sản phầm, pháp lý, tài chính để hoàn thành các mục tiêu kinh doanh của VinID và theo các mục tiêu đã được thống nhất giữa VinID và đối tác.
- Quản lý toàn bộ vòng tuần hoàn của sản phẩm từ phát triển sản phẩm đến thực hiện kế hoạch và theo dõi hiệu quả
- Phát triển hệ thống KH tiềm năng để phát triển công ty trong tương lai.

- Distributing and preparing payments, accuracy of information provided and legal compliance including calculating overtime, shift payments, incentive schemes and bonuses, maintaining payroll records. Ensure that the payroll is processed timely & accurately. Implement other benefits and related payments (SMU, PIT)
- Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
- Follow up with employees, managers, or external agencies (e.g., government departments, insurance providers, outsourcing) to verify that the information provided is accurate and complete. Maintain employee records manually or in SAP system
- Responsible for administration of the Labor Law, the Collective Labor Agreement, the Internal Regulations Agreement, all extra-contractual agreements and any other provision that may be applicable
- Execute remuneration and bonus policies to ensure it is correct vs company policies, transparent & focus on objective criteria.
- Other HR tasks assigned by Direct Supervisor

- Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ về hệ thống các sản phẩm tín dụng thế chấp bao gồm từ việc xây dựng các sản phẩm, mô hình vận hành, mô hình giá, mô hình quản trị rủi ro và phương thức thu hồi nợ.
- Xây dựng, phát triển mới và cải tiến các sản phẩm tín dụng thế chấp theo định hướng chiến lược dài hạn cũng như các kế hoạch phát triển kinh doanh từng thời kỳ, đạt được các mục tiêu mà công ty đưa ra.
- Tổ chức/ phối hợp cùng các bộ phận để nghiên cứu thị trường hiện tại và tiềm năng, phân tích đối thủ cạnh tranh trên các khía cạnh liên quan.
- Xây dựng và quản lý các quy trình, chính sách liên quan đến sản phẩm tín dụng thế chấp.
- Lập kế hoạch, ngân sách chi phí, đệ trình lên các cấp có thẩm quyền phê duyệt để phát triển mới các sản phẩm tín dụng thế chấp
- Tham gia tham mưu, sáng kiến các giải pháp về PTSP sản phẩm tín dụng thế chấp cho Ban lãnh đạo để phục vụ các mục tiêu dài hạn hoặc các kế hoạch ngắn hạn của công ty;

- Phát triển kinh doanh sản phẩm tín dụng Tín chấp KHCN đảm bảo phù hợp với chiến lược kinh doanh, tình hình thị trường, đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng cá nhân đạt được chỉ tiêu kinh doanh tổ chức đề ra trong từng thời kỳ. 
- Chịu trách nhiệm thúc đẩy và hỗ trợ thực hiện sale plan của các sản phẩm tín dụng tín chấp tại các điểm bán (POS) và trên các nền tảng công nghệ
- Phối hợp tìm kiếm và giới thiệu các tổ chức tài chính cho công tác xây dựng sản phẩm.
- Thiết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ với các điểm bán (POS)
- Phối hợp với các tổ chức tài chính, các điểm bán (POS) trong công tác bán hàng và vận hành sản phẩm đến KH.
- Quản lý hiệu quả bán hàng, thúc đẩy tinh thần bán hàng của các điểm bán thông qua tương tác trực tiếp và hỗ trợ lực lượng bán.
- Tham gia đóng góp ý kiến trong xây dựng chính sách KPI, incentives, năng suất chuẩn; Giám sát và đánh giá KPI, incentives lực lượng bán, đưa ra các cảnh báo.
- Tham gia tham mưu, sáng kiến các giải pháp về phát triển kinh doanh sản phẩm tín dụng tín chấp cho Ban lãnh đạo để phục vụ các mục tiêu dài hạn hoặc các kế hoạch ngắn hạn của công ty;

- Responsible for risk analysis, risk policy/projects, risk underwriting, risk modeling and risk reporting teams.
- Manage all risk policies, underwriting process and all relevant aspects for lending process.
- Identify new policy optimization opportunities and lead the underwriting analysis and proposal discussions.
- Define and monitor all key risk indicators for the whole credit life cycle, from acquisition, underwriting, portfolio management till contract end.
- Engage with product department in new products design and implementation from client registration, application process, underwriting process till finance profitability calculation.
- Manage all underwriting changes and provide enough evidence for proposal approval and submission to decision engine team for implementation.
- Engage with external providers of services such as credit bureau data, telecom data and other external data.
- Capacity planning, hiring, staff development.
- Actively manage performance of all subordinated teams by setting clear objectives and KPIs, coaching and managing against these.
- Past experience in supporting regulatory and internal governance stakeholders.
