Mô tả công việc
Product Management :
• Study, plan and develop marketing plan for new products
• Do business plan for full catg. coverage in plan-do-check-improve
• Strengthen retail or distribution channel with clear product strategy & target segment to gain the market share, size.
• Training & update information to related departments
Stock Flow Management
• Ensure the supply chain going smoothly by PSI management to achieve the target (Sell-in, Sell-out and KPI setting)
• Build up execution scheme in line with V&S category
• Support others (sales/FF/promoter team/…) & customer touch points to enhance TOM to brand for demand creation.
• Take key role as product owner who take care full range of marketing activities in both ATL/BTL (Manage A&P fund & Plan, POSM/Shopfront materials, activations, online media, etc)
• Support and give proper direction and follow up with related department & partner for these activities
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Economics/ Marketing/IT
• Experience: At least 02 years of experience in trade marketing, esp. in Electronics or IT industry
• English: Advance
o Electronics or IT knowledge
o Social network & Tech-savvy dedicated or related forum
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office, Data analysis skill
• Other requirements:
o Presentation and training skills, customer relation, teamwork & organization.
o Strong communication, having ability to train to the trainers & product influencers
o High responsibility and skill of data management is priority
o Good relationship with others in open-minded
o Convincing skill is strongly required to overcome the challenges
o High self-learning and self-motivated.
