- Co-operate with Marketing Manager and Business Manager to implement plans
- Be aware of company requirements and have plans to reach targets
- Deliver company image to all the customers in assigned territory
- Ensure good connections with doctors, beauty salons...

Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior management/ commercial Team
- Prepare data analysis reports, management reports, A&P report, marketing materials, presentation slides, contact lists, correspondences and organization charts.
- Arrange logistic for internal business trip (hotel and air tickets…) for commercial Team
Marketing support: Provide marketing support on projects, events, programs, processes to the project manager assigned.
- Responsible for logistics, administrative support and coordinate activities (meetings/events/conferences/workshops and internal Commercial meetings)
- Attend meetings and produce material and meeting notes accurately
- Co-ordinate, follow-up and process expenses and advance requested by Marketing Team according to Finance procedure
- Liaise with vendors (grocery, stationery etc..) on purchasing/replenishment

- KAM support for Hospital Tender confirmation.
- Co-ordinate for distributor tender / delivery management of BU
- Prepare SFE report for Local Team & Regional Team (Optional).
- Distributor Key contact for Logistic update & report
