- Quality controls for product categories (furniture, decorative products, sports and leisure, etc.) according to our requirements
- Inline inspections as well as production follow up and monitoring
- PSI inspections according to AQL standards
- Conducting quality briefings and quality analysis’s before mass production starts
- Brief vendors about quality issues and perform follow-up CAP
- Preparing daily inspection reports in Word and Excel

Your challenge:
to support our procurement department with
- Extending our network of suppliers in Vietnam and SEA
- Generating new projects through product sourcing in above-mentioned product categories
- Following up running orders and monitor the timeline, milestones, etc. to ensure delivery on time
- Visiting factories to discuss product ideas and/or running orders
- Exchanging information with your colleagues in Germany frequently
- Handling shipping documents and documents related to those

Your challenge:
to adapt and implement our existing QC/QA system in Vietnam with
• Quality control for different product categories
• Inline inspections as well as production follow up and monitoring.
• Conduct AQL inspections
• Brief vendors about QC findings and perform follow-up CAP
• Working in a team environment
• Single inspections as well as follow-up with longer 2-3 weeks factory staying
• Preparing daily inspection reports in Word and Excel
