We are looking for an industry professional to join our opening team,
David Green having worked in One, Two, and Three Michelin-starred Kitchens in
Europe before returning to Australia as Executive Chef at the much-lauded
Lakehouse in Daylesford will open his first solo venture in District 2.
Olivia will position itself as a Fine Dining property, offering first-class service
and French-inspired cuisine.
As our Section Waiter, you will exceed our guest’s high expectations, showing
care, dedication, and initiative contribute to our strong culture of teamwork and
ensure each guest has a truly memorable experience from the moment they
arrive until our final farewell.
