Roles and responsibility:
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding.
•    Analyze data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
•    Identify inefficiencies in workflows or systems and propose solutions to optimize business processes.
•    Create detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes.
•    Generate reports to communicate findings effectively.
•    Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project objectives.
•    Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories and guide the development of software or system solutions.
•    Collaborate with QA teams to validate developed solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
•    Monitor implemented solutions, gather feedback, and recommend further enhancements to align with evolving business needs.

Qualification and Skills:
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
•    Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making and problem-solving.
•    Experience in project management, data analysis, and process improvement.
•    Skill in managing relationships and expectations among diverse stakeholders, including clients, users, developers, and management.
•    Understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry-specific knowledge to align solutions with organizational goals and strategies.
•    Ability to adapt to changing project scopes, priorities, and timelines while remaining focused on delivering quality outcomes.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
•    Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.
•    Proficient in spoken and written English.
