Roles and responsibility:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Analyze data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows or systems and propose solutions to optimize business processes.
- Create detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes.
- Generate reports to communicate findings effectively.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories and guide the development of software or system solutions.
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate developed solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Monitor implemented solutions, gather feedback, and recommend further enhancements to align with evolving business needs. Qualification and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Experience in project management, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Skill in managing relationships and expectations among diverse stakeholders, including clients, users, developers, and management.
- Understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry-specific knowledge to align solutions with organizational goals and strategies.
- Ability to adapt to changing project scopes, priorities, and timelines while remaining focused on delivering quality outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
