A. External Communication - Run sales actvities with customers as sales procedures in ISO 9001, BRC Consulting and supporting for the customers about printing techniques and company products with best quality. Coordinating, monitoring to ensure delivering goods in full, in time and in qualities to customers. Maintain customers relationship Dealing with customers in details regarding product specifications, POs, prices, quantities. Preparing the quotations for the customer, ensuring correctness of price information. Preparing the order (phiếu yêu cầu) Confirmation for the customer. Converting customer’s document into internal specifications, procedures and manufacturing orders. Updating and transferring correctly customer’s requirement to the relevant departments. Updating customer’s profile information Working closely with customers contacts for close business relationship, towards getting more orders to achieve the business target set by the Company yearly. Coordinating with Finance Department on the tài khoản Receivable Aging Report and working with the customer to get a prompt payment for overdue invoices Working on the customer’s software system as well as MM Group’s software system regarding to the PO details, Invoices, Payment etc. Preparing monthly report and sending out to the customer, and internal nhóm members for timely cập nhật. Keeping in touch with customers to meet customers’ requirements, including communicating with customers to discuss for urgent cases via phone, skype and other means as necessary B. Internal Communication: - Handling Customer’s POs according to Company’s regulation and procedure. Coordinating with relevant departments to launch the samples for customer’s Review and approval. Following up with the production schedule and discussing with the customers to solve the problems if any issues occur during production run. Coordinating with relevant departments to deliver/receive goods on time as requested. Managing and checking the quantity of goods after delivering. Preparing, managing and liquidating contracts. Preparing shipping documents for each P.O. Attending internal meetings regarding projects, productions, audits etc. Working towards nhóm, Department and Company objectives for business progress and mutual success. Additional tasks as assigned by kinh doanh Manager/ sales đội leader. - Suggest to the Người quản lý the improvements in bán hàng procedures. Suggest solutions for each customer, each product, current business status and next year business plan of company. Work closely with other departments to solve related problems, or suggest other departments or factory to adjust Jobsheet when needed to ensure customers need. Follow up with sales procedure to ensure that all the requirements was applied correctly
Support supervisor in tasks retated to production documents and make sure every tasks work as production procedures. Make sure that production documents are match with requirements from quality control system: BRC, ISO,… Update the materials for completed Jobsheets into An Linh Software (AL) before 9:00 AM every day Collect, cập nhật information from Timesheet & Checklist of machines about used materials, running time, downtime, cài đặt time. Tracking & arrange working time of production, inform to department as HR for bus. Tracking & Update the stock of production such as: board, ink, solvent, cleaning material, tape… Create the Quảng cáo for materials, parts or office tool which use for production. Checking the buyed things after receive from Purchasing. Receive Jobsheet from Planning & request to get materials from Warehouse such as: Board, ink, varnish, packing materials… Follow & Update finish good to warehouse every day Report about the used materials & semi-product, pallet which used for production every month Report about delivery finish good when production have completed Jobsheet Implement or inform to employee in department when receive the requesting from Supervisor or HR. Perform the reports, form for production, tracking the working hour, overtime, leaving of employee…give to get approving from Supervisor & send to HR. Prepare the Timesheet, Checklist, product labels & other documents of production. Prepare the Diary of production at machines every month.
