Verify and record input invoices in compliance with regulationsProcess and record receipt / payment transactionsMonitor payment schedules, prepare payment documents, and ensure timely paymentsIssue VAT invoice in compliance with regulationsOrganize and maintain accounting records systematicallySupport to prepare tax declaration, tax finalization, financial statement & other reports according to the Company’s requirementPrepare quarterly financial reports in accordance with Head Office’s requirementsWork with Head Office, audit, bank, tax authorities & other related partiesSupport admin tasks at the officeAssist with other tasks as assigned by management.
