Mô tả công việc

Negotiate with shipping lines, co-loaders, and agents to organize and update freight rates while ensuring the best service quality.
Compile and systematize rates into a reporting file and maintain regular updates.
Track and statistics the number of inquiries and successful bookings (booking win rate).
Provide timely rate updates to the sales team and relevant departments.
Gather and analyze domestic market trends and competitor activities.
Develop pricing tables based on strategic goals for the Sales Department and the company for specific periods.
Collaborate with the sales team, departments, and branches to establish the most competitive pricing for high-volume shipments, special cargo, and tenders.
Consolidate export rates for agents (both group and independent agents) to support Overseas Sales activities.
Collect market intelligence and propose strategies to effectively exploit wholesale services for FCL, LCL, and Air freight (Import/Export).
Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines and airlines while staying updated on market fluctuations.
Sourcing new subcontractors for logistics services; negotiating for optimal service quality and reasonable costs.
Provide internal support in selecting the best service providers for customers.
Generate monthly reports summarizing freight rate fluctuations for Management.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
