Mô tả công việc

Receive and verify import/export information from relevant departments, ensuring accuracy of goods, P.O, style, and codes.Coordinate with service providers for customs declaration and review related documents.Monitor and support export processes until goods are loaded on board.Check and confirm shipping documents for all import/export shipments.Set production norms and handle origin certification procedures per shipment.Manage booking confirmation with service providers for import/export shipments.Track purchase/import status to ensure alignment with production schedules.Verify and confirm debt notices from forwarders, customs, and couriers.Handle transactions and communication with international suppliers, including contract preparation and payment processes.Collaborate with departments and service providers to resolve arising issues.Maintain and manage import/export documentation as per company policies.Update and ensure accuracy of document information systems.Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu

College/University degree in relevant fields.At least 3 years of experience in import/export and purchasing in manufacturing companies.Skilled in international purchasing and customs procedures (ECUS software).Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork abilities.Proficient in email writing and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Intermediate English reading skills for understanding work-related documents and emails.Solid understanding of import-export tax policies for export processing enterprises, including taxable/exempt entities and tax calculations.
