NYB is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in software development and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate is a proactive, problem-solving engineer with experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end development will enable NYB to create cutting-edge digital solutions that drive innovation in AI-powered drug discovery. Roles and Responsibilities
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications
- Consulting with stakeholders to refine software objectives and ensure alignment with business goals
- Managing available resources, such as hardware, software, and personnel, to meet project deadlines
- Designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of web applications
- Ensuring cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of web applications
- Implementing security and data protection measures throughout the application stack
- Writing clean, maintainable code and developing automated tests to ensure software quality.
- Optimizing application performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and AI/ML researchers to design and implement APIs, microservices, and end-to-end intelligent systems
- Deploying and maintaining applications in production environments, ensuring continuous availability and reliability
- Ensuring application performance, security, and fault tolerance across the full stack through effective use of monitoring, profiling, and automated testing Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with substantial research experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development
- Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience in AI, including integrating AI models into applications, working with ML libraries/frameworks, or deploying AI-powered features
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as React and NextJS
- Proficiency with backend technologies such as NestJS, Fast API
- Strong understanding of Python, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks
- Familiarity with Git workflow (feature-based, trunk-based)
- Knowledge/experience in scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Understanding of micro-services architecture and inter-service communication
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation testing tools
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Fluent in English

Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Khoa học Máy tính, Công nghệ Thông tin hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan, có kinh nghiệm nghiên cứu đáng kể. Có ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong phát triển full-stack. Kiến thức cơ bản hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế về AI, bao gồm tích hợp mô hình AI vào ứng dụng, làm việc với các thư viện/framework ML, hoặc triển khai các tính năng sử dụng AI. Thành thạo các framework frontend như React và NextJS. Thành thạo các công nghệ backend như NestJS, Fast API. Hiểu biết vững về Python, TypeScript, HTML, CSS và JavaScript. Kinh nghiệm với các công nghệ cơ sở dữ liệu như SQL, NoSQL và các framework ORM. Quen thuộc với quy trình làm việc Git (dựa trên tính năng, dựa trên nhánh chính). Kiến thức/kinh nghiệm về hạ tầng đám mây có thể mở rộng (AWS / GCP / Azure). Hiểu biết về kiến trúc micro-services và giao tiếp giữa các dịch vụ. Quen thuộc với các pipeline CI/CD và công cụ kiểm thử tự động. Kinh nghiệm với các công nghệ container hóa (ví dụ: Docker, Kubernetes) là một lợi thế. Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề mạnh mẽ và khả năng học hỏi công nghệ mới nhanh chóng. Thành thạo tiếng Anh.
