1.Finance -To perform Collecting, Recording, Reporting, Analyzing and Keeping almost information about activities of company following appointed jobs as the requirements of VAS and Vietnam Laws
- Reporting about input VAT to General accountant for making summary report.
- Mobilize working capital from other sources such as banks ... (based on analysis of the companys financial leverage.)
- Assess the use of fixed capital for working capital, fixed assets of the company
- Report appointed jobs with detail information of account for making cash flows plans
2. Accounting
Collect or making payment and examine the rationality and validity of the documents relating to the proposed payment, done up vouchers for expenditures to make payment process accordance with the provisions of companys regulation and the approval of F&A manager, General Director. Save documents and recorded in the accounting system (payable account and expenditure)
Collect and examine the rationality and validity of the documents relating to purchasing of main products and spare part form S&M and Spare Part Department, get approval of F&A manager, General Director. Save documents and recorded in the accounting system (payable account and inventory)
Collect and examine the rationality and validity of the documents relating to purchasing of departments, get approval of F&A manager, General Director. Save documents and recorded in the accounting system (payable account, assets and tools)
Daily monitoring your account, balance bank accounts, analysis, and comparison and recognized in accordance with accounts receivable and receivables subject to payment in accordance with the objects payable.
Implementing procedures for approving and implementing the transfer of money between banks and between banks in the planned cash fund to ensure cash is available to serve the operation needs of the Company.
Implement procedures to pay to foreign suppliers by payment type (TT, L/C…)
Recording Input VAT base on performing above jobs. Balance monthly. Cooperate with VTAX in reporting and declare taxs ( VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT...).

- Store related documents to appointed jobs
- Processes related to the accounting department.
- Ensure document follow up processing procedure
3. Report - Make weekly report, monthly reports ( have supporting from system)
- Report of inventory, expenditure, assets, tool, payables in regular or irregular as request of management. ( have supporting from system)
- Prepare management reports as old inventory, debt situation reports, reports matter as requests of business leaders ( have supporting from system)
- Report monthly input VAT ( have supporting from system)
- Prepare and confirm appointed account with General Accountant to make financial report, monthly, quarterly, yearly and working with auditors and tax officers.
- Timely reports as required, complete all jobs assigned
