Account Health & Compliance

Ability to monitor and maintain Account Health Dashboard
Experience handling performance notifications, policy violations, and compliance-related issues
Knowledge of Brand Registry and basic IP protection mechanisms

Case Management

Confident in opening and managing cases with Seller Support
Experience with escalations, follow-ups, and writing clear, structured support messages
Proactive problem-solving when issues arise (e.g., ASIN suppression, stranded inventory, category approvals)

Daily Operations & Monitoring

Regular review of key account metrics (Buy Box %, suppressed listings, FBA issues, etc.)
Coordination with internal teams (design, supply chain, etc.) for smooth operations

Must-Have Skills

Amazon Listing Creation
Strong command of Amazon Seller Central o Experience writing and optimizing titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout)

Experience & Background

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
Ideally managed EU5 or US marketplaces, private label preferred
Experience working with international teams or clients is a strong plus Nice to Have
Familiarity with Amazon tools like Flat Files, A+ Content, FBA Shipment Plans
Experience with multi-marketplace coordination
Knowledge of basic PPC metrics and campaign monitoring (even if not managing ads directly)
