Working within the Production Team, you will be responsible for managing administrative processes across a variety of projects, whilst maintaining clear and professional communications between the factory and head office. •Monitor production schedules for timely delivery, Communicate production status to management on regular basis. •Monitor Weekly SPO on-order. •Prepare and review internal documentations for management. •Proofread company documents before printing and releasing. •Monitor fabric inventory with the factory. •Gather costing information for SPO upholstery products. •Work with Production Manager to coordinate, plan and delegate daily work responsibilities to production QC staff. •Regular quality status update meeting with QA to ensure product standards are maintained. •Work closely with the design team to ensure PPS samples are processed in line with critical path requirements. •Develop training documents, standards procedures and production guidelines for staffs.

•At least 3 years of experience in a furniture industry office setting. •Fluent in English and Chinese. •Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills. •Ability to work independently with little supervision. •Process driven, and detail minded. •Works with a sense of urgency with constantly shifting priorities. •Computer literate with a focus on the Microsoft Office Suite. •Upholstery experience a plus. •Strong project management skills and experience. •Excellent time and calendar management skills.
