- To make the strategic planning and marketing plan for the company to propose the yearly/quarterly/monthly brand marketing plans & A&P budgets, submit to Board of Directors (BOD) for approval. Responsible within assigned budget, the right approve fiscal within the allocated budget, and ensure business commitments can be well delivered.
- To manage and build the planning, solution and the Goals the organize the action plan for the policy of the company for business & marketing activities.
- To operate and manage all on-line, off-line brand marketing activities of the company efficiently, ensuring the spending effectiveness for quality growth
- To develop and directly implementation of research & development programs, coaching – training in business operations.
- To well comply with BOD principles to build the specific policy for the Company’s customers, Manage and maintain the closely relationships as well as customer care.
- To define customer’s requirement and meet these requirement; the same time ensure the entire organization aware of the new requirement of the customer about company’s products and service.
- Report to the BOD regularly and irregularly on the status of the carried assignment and when the necessary, has to promptly ask the guidance of the BOD, ensure there’re no stagnant business activity and damage.
- To work closely cross-functionally for effective communication & cooperation to ensure the common goals of company archive optimal results.
- Responsible for all activities of the brand marketing teams. Manage, training, coaching, and develop all marketing staffs to reinforce personal & Org. capabilities for building a professional marketing Org.
