Mô tả công việc

- Compute and help in EMC & FOHC budget planning
- Coordinate with Business Finance to ensure the integrity of EMC and HR expenses plans and implementation
- Monitor and report EMC and HR Expenses periodically and on demand
- Ensure implementation of process and policies of compensation and benefits
- Well control all C&B activities in term of payroll, labor contracts, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports etc.
- Managing and implementing Expatriate remuneration pay-out
- Do the official or desk survey/ research about remuneration/ benefits research and report periodically and on demand
- Supervise HR compliance process and deploy audit deliverables
- Implement projects relevant to personnel data and rewards and recognition
Partner
- Ensure HR key processes and Policies and procedures are implemented and meet the required level of quality in line with Corporate HR policies and procedures
- Manage quality of PDP process to ensure career and development needs are implemented accordingly
- Manage quality of MBR process to ensure high accuracy of goal setting and review
- Build good working relationships and engagement within the responsible functions

Yêu cầu

- At least 5 years experience in HR C&B or HR general.
- Has experience in budget management and reporting.
- Fluent in communication skills (English and Vietnamese).
