MISSION
Assist C&B Manager in elaborating of The Company C&B policies to response company’s objects about internal equality and competitiveness with labor market in accordance with current law & regulations
ACTIVITIES
- Follow employee leave and timekeeping
- Input timekeeping data and authorization to SAP software
- Make Social Insurance report, Health and Unemployment Statements on monthy
- Registering personal income tax ID, family circumstance relief report
- Make AON coverage increase report
- Monitoring, reminding and doing labor contracts for new employees and employees signing new contracts, transferring ...
Assist in elaborating C&B policies
- Plan and implement annual performance bonus calculation for employees (prepare benefit slip, take validation, of hierarchical, …)
- Inspect, analyze and propose solutions to improve the Company’s C&B policy in accordance with labor market, and real conditions of the Company
- Update and apply new policies of C&B code for employees, ensure company’s policies and rules in accordance with government regulations
- Coorporate with others team members to complete objectives and tasks assigned
- Other missions as assigned by C&B Manager
