1. Compensation & Benefit
- Calculate monthly payroll & prepare pay slip for staffs, freelancers and follow-up with complaints (if any).
- Calculate salary adjustment, incentives, performance bonus (if any).
- Manage annual leave, sick leave, and overtime… for staffs.
- Manage and update employees’ files
- Report to Social Dept. regarding: employment status, salary/title adjustment, termination…
- Settle health insurance benefits for employees: sick leave, maternity leave, convalescence...
- Dealing with Social Insurance book: issuance, updating, closing
- Make PIT finalization, issue PIT invoices and incoming letter for employees.
- Tax dependents & tax code registration.
- Manage salary budget monthly/yearly to meet company expectation
- Update & maintain employee record, profile daily/ monthly/ manually. To be sure that information is accurate and secure as company policies
2. Employment relationships
- Urging Dept./Div. Managers to make appraisal at the end of probation or labor contract then prepare new labor contract or annex, update into HR Master List with changes.
- Make liquidation procedure like terminate or fire...
- Prepare promotion/title adjustment decisions or transferring.
- Play a part as coordinator in council of labor discipline processing
3. Performance Evaluation system
- KPI register: collect register forms from Head of Div./Dep., submit to BOD for approval & return to Head of Dept./Div.
- KPI evaluation: collect evaluated forms from Head of Div./Dep., check all contents, submit to BOD for evaluation and final approval, consolidate all results approved by BOD & inform to employees
4. Other task
- Support to prepare work permit, residence card, visa, ABTC
- Register company policies to related Government Dept.
- Monthly, quarterly & sudden report about: labor cost, head count…
- Report daily attendance
- Support administration tasks (if any)
- Support admin ( if any ) to notify hygiene announcement to all employees
- Support HRM to prepare HR Monthly meeting, Customer conference, training course, year end party, company trip
- Others taskes upon HRM’s requests
