1 - Personnel control and Labor contract:
· Controls personnel dữ liệu from their officially-employed date to their resignation including: Inputting and updating personal data and filing personal profiles of all staffs.
· Prepares labor contract and follows up for the renewal ones.
2 - Payroll:
· Follows up attendance record of all staffs for the payroll.
· Executes monthly payroll and coordinates with Finance to ensure timely and accurately remittance for employees every month.
· Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees.
· Follow with HR Manager / HR Director / Finance Controler / Director for approval payroll & employees bank account list
· Submit employees bank account danh sách to the Bank
· Prepare payslip for all employees
· Deliver payslip for all employees to DM / Manager
· Payroll Analysis / Compare with last month
3 - Insurance
· Makes declaration of social and health insurance, unemployment insurance for employees every month as per mandatory requirement.
· Liaise Insurance Dept
· Reconcile monthly insurance payable
· Follows up with Accounting for monthly payment request
4. Personal Income Tax
5 - Employee relations:
· Acting as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related issues.
· Maintains records and prepare statistical reports concerning personnel-related dữ liệu such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
· Assists in development of surveys, employee meetings and communication messages.
· Assists all activities related to HR or company events or any requests from HRM
6- C&B Compliance
· Completes monthly report to Labor Department (Increase / Decrease Labor)
· Liaise Labor Dept to submit report.
