We are now seeking a C&B Manager to be one of our talented colors.
Here are your tasks:
1) Management assistance:
▪ Assists HR Director to set up and develop company policies such as: Working regulations, regulations on salary and bonus and benefits...
▪ Ensures all announcements, policies, regulations of the company to be delivered to all staffs on time and implemented properly.
▪ Assists HR Director in implementation of personnel issues such as promotion, transfer, performance, review, and termination.
▪ Manages, leads and develops the C&B Team
▪ Develops the successor
▪ Builds and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management
▪ Acts as the positive team member of the HR Management Team
▪ Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies
▪ Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
▪ Leads different HR Projects (not just projects from the compensation and benefits area)
▪ Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
▪ Approves exceptions in the compensation of the individual employees
▪ Trains HR Business Partners and line managers in the compensation area (paymix training, etc)
▪ Represents the organization at different HR conferences
▪ Perform other job-related assignments
2) Compensation:
▪ Well control all C&B activities in term of payroll, labor contracts, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports etc.
▪ Performs labor issues or disciplinary process if any violation of company regulation or requirements
▪ Leads the roll out, communication and ongoing administration of new and existing compensation & benefits programs and policies.
▪ Performs job evaluations/ job leveling utilizing traditional and/or leveling chart applications and recommends salary grades for new or revised jobs that have impact over the country/ region.
▪ Provides recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases, bonus buyouts, etc) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.
▪ Manages special in-country compensation and benefits projects, e.g. job leveling, job hierarchies, reorganizations, internal and external audits or new government-mandated changes etc.
▪ Manages Management Incentives Plan under the country/region responsibility.
▪ Implement the companys compensation and benefit programs and activities so that they meet the companys objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. These programs may include: job evaluation and classification; salary administration; short-term, long-term and sales incentive plans; employee benefits (such as health, insurance...);
▪ Executes monthly payroll and coordinates with Finance to ensure timely and accurately remittance for employees every month.
▪ Conducts a survey on labor market relating to salary, benefits in order to make company’s policy competitive to labor market.
3) Benefits:
▪ Makes declaration of social and health insurance, unemployment insurance for employees every month as per mandatory requirement.
▪ Updates healthcare insurance employee list and informs insurer accordingly, follows up with them for claim document.
4) Personnel control and labor contract and Tax
▪ Controls personnel data from their officially-employed date to their resignation including: Inputting and updating personal data and filing personal profiles of all staffs.
▪ Prepares labor contract and follows up for the renewal ones.
▪ Completes monthly personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department.
5) Employee relations:
▪ Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related issues.
▪ Maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
▪ Assists in development of surveys, employee meetings and communication messages.
▪ Provides current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
▪ Assists all activities related to HR or company events or any requests from HR Director.

▪ Strong and proven analytical skills
▪ Excellent Communication, Networking and Influencing skills
▪ Strong Negotiation, Time Management skills
▪ Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
▪ University degree in Law, Business Administration, English are preferred.
▪ Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social and Health insurance policies.
▪ Strong interpersonal skills; Good at both spoken & written English
▪ At least 05-year experience and good understanding of C&B with a foreign company.
▪ Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel.
▪ Honest, careful and detailed oriented
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Preferred Education and Experience
▪ Bachelors degree and relevant industry experience.
