1/ Develop and Grow Process Automation EcoStruXure Product line & Service Business (Foxboro DCS/ Triconex Safety System / TRSS / SCADAPAK / FIELD Products) thru Direct or indirect Vietnam customers. (EPCs / Partners / End Users)
• Participate in regular business reporting and maintain country operation plan.
• Utilize business and financial knowledge to create value propositions
• Execute competitive sales tactics to win business
• Coordinate deal crafting and positioning to include cross border opportunities.

2/ Promote and Sell Automation Product, System and Services
- Platform, target and qualify EU and System Integrator in targeted segments (O&G, Petrochemical, Power)
- Develop System Integrator to sell EcoStruxure Platform
- Prompt and influence End-user to use EcoStruxure
- Build solution for End-user and instruct System Integrator to use SE EcoStruxure to respond to the need of end-user, promote full solution of SE to address the need of customer
- Ensure Bi Weekly activities plans is submitted, improve quality of pipeline, maximize effort to follow up and close Order,
3/ Coordinate with Proposal / TSC / Delivery Team to build offer
Work with Proposal / TSC / Delivery Team for greenfield or brownfield offering.
4/ Coordinate with Marketing
Work with Marketing to deploy Go-To-Market action such us listing out potential customers, doing platforming, setting up action plan, visit, qualifying, collecting or working out the BOM, getting competitor price, providing data to Marketing function, position right price and maximize the top-line.
5/ Coordinate with Industry Business Unit
Work with team across level to execute any relevant tasks of team such business group for growth initiatives
6/ Action Plan & Project Management
Execute any assigned action plan and manage the project on the deadline with proper quality, work with related member to address any obstacles and make sure the projects to be fulfilled as per assignment
7/ Business Development, Efficiency and Growth
Align with process and discipline to interface with customer and internal resource to respond to customer as the right level of efficiency. Build the team and link with customer to build up a long-term channel, market, relationship for sustainable development
