MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Manage instrument installation project
o Be a key member lab project (key account/ key project) to consult customer with the best solution that fits customer’s need.
o Be involved in different phases in buying cycle, work with different functional team (sales, application, service, marketing) to ensure solution that delivers customer’s KPIs.
o Develop workflow for lab by understanding customer insights, collecting information, work flow analysis, propose configuration, draw layout, do simulation, work with project owner to develop final proposal.
o Present the solution to customer in formal format and obtain the writing approval from customer (where applicable),
o Responsible for solution offered to customer, drive project team along with project manager to execute project on time and KPIs delivered.
o Closely monitor during go live phase and share frequent report to line managers, project team on performance of solution offered to customer.
2. Consultant service
o In charge for specific account, do courtesy visit to understand customer need and market changes to consult customer the appropriate solution with the concept of continuing improvement for the lab.
o Report courtesy visit, interaction with customer and share it with other member ( i.e. sales, services, application, marketing ) to develop common understanding and alignment in communication toward customer.
o Consult customer value added solution no matter Roche product or system provided it complied with company policy, strategy and fits to customer’s need
o Provide training on lab workflow to customer depends on customer’s need as value added service to key and strategic accounts.
3. Interaction with other functional team
o Provide fundamental knowledge on lab workflow to sales team, refresh it if needed
o Work closely with project managers, services, application specialist, marketing, sales team in different phases of installation project.
o Discuss with project team to provide corrective action in case project KPIs delivered.

Kinh nghiệm
Không yêu cầu
o Educational level: Minimum bachelor or equivalent degree in science based area, preferably in lab, health care, biology, etc..
o Experience:
o 2-3 years working in IVD
o Good record in lab project or health care related project
o Work in lab workflow, sales, marketing, project management would be plus.
o Background and skills: The following skill should be at least basic level
o Customer oriented, business acumen
o High collaboration and problem solving mind set
o Strong technical skill (understand Roche product, solution, competitor’s product/ solution lab operation, lab quality, etc…)
o Methodology and scientific approach
o Ability to express the ideas, opinion
o Good listening and persuasive skill
o Influencing and negotiation skill
o Ability to work under pressure of timing and complexity
