I. POSITION SUMMARY
The Team Manager is the first line of management to engage the Customer when support level provided is not meeting the Customer’s expectations or sense of urgency. The Team Manager will get involved in the situation to understand the Customer’s concerns and business needs in order to address the proper actions with Support Engineers and Delivery Managers. Duty Manager is the bridge between Support team and customers, engaging and coordinating resources to address customer concerns to their satisfaction.
Reporting to: TEAM MANAGER LEAD
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand and be fully aware of partner’s situation. Understand important dates (such as go live, partner’s project closures).
• Manage escalated issues to a successful resolution by managing and leveraging internal resources while partnering with the customer.
• Manage the communication process both internally and externally to insure effective and efficient dissemination of information.
• Represent the company in customer escalation situations and collaborates in internal team functions and projects.
• Responsible for post escalation review, to identify successes and introduce improvement wherever required.
• Other duties as and when assigned

• Have Bachelor degree or higher degree in computer science/Business or equivalent;
• Experience in customer service filed, prefer candidate who has experience in multi-cultural environment.
• Have basic knowledge in IT
• Customer-oriented, dedicate and can work under high pressure and during holidays.
• Excellent command of English skills (Writing, Speaking, Listening, Reading);
