1.Purpose of the role: -Manage the demand planning process for the relevant category for 0-3 months, in weekly buckets with SKU details; by product family by month for 4-24 months and focusing on eliminating bias and improving forecast accuracy. -Using all facts and data available to provide insights and business partnering -Be the go-to person in the business for the future forecast and latest patterns being seen in sales 2.Key Accountabilities: -Responsible for baseline forecast generation by using the statistical forecasting methods in SAP system or the advanced tools. -Understand the latest trends seen in the products, customers and locations. -Evaluate previous assumptions performance, highlight risks and opportunities in sales volume based on statistical analysis and then recommend changes to future forecast, influence business team to enable a 50/50 future forecast. -Coordinate integration of activity plans coming from CD/BB on top of the baseline forecast, capture all future assumptions used to build a rolling 24-month unconstrained demand. -Understand and communicate future changes in the forecast. -Manage all the KPIs selected for category team to identify where needs attention and how to improve forecast accuracy and forecast bias. -Make weekly reviews to capture risk/opportunities for operational forecast

1.Education and Background: -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply chain, Logistics or related field -Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role 2.Functional skills: -Demonstrate analytical thinking and sensible of number. -Demonstrate communication and influence skills -Be resilient in hectic situations -Proven experience in leading forecasting process. -Experience in forecasting system is plus ( SAP APO or the relevant tools) -Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools ( e.g Excel, Word and Power Point)
