Duties and Responsibilities
1. Planning
• Collaborate with Board of Directors to create the vision, mission, core value and long-term goals.
• Operate departments to build up objectives and KPI; ensure company’s overall goals completion.
2. Management
• Supervise currently works, make decisions, propose solutions and strategies in combination with Branch Manager, Board of Directors, create processing system.
• Be responsible for using, managing, protecting company’s assets. Take advantage of all resources of the branch in optimal ways.
• Ensure the management system to be updated and effectively operated.
3. Customer Service
• Supervise the planning, long-term and short-term customer service’s goals, periodically review the quality of company’s services.
• Direct plans required by Head Office.
• Periodically review and adjust plans and customer services
4. Sales
• Orient sales development according to the aims of Board of Directors
• Cooperate with the Branch Manager, Board of Directors and other Branches for planning and making serving standards for customers.
• Create and maintain internal and external relationship related to the Branch’s activities in order to create the most favorable conditions for the business.
• Ensure the unification of Branch’s strategies and activities as well as the whole network’s
• Supervise and evaluate business activities at the Branch.
• Be responsible for the output of the Branch.
5. Human Resources
• Create HR program, long-term and short-term workforce, involve in the recruitment of the Branch.
• Propose planning for salary, perk in accordance with the company’s strategies and purposes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and instructions from Head Office and other laws.
• Be responsible for the Branch’s personnel management, supervision and development
6. Finance
• Create Branch’s financial plans and rate of charges.
• Periodically monitor and evaluate, adjust finance and rate of charges.
