Manage digital assets/channels
Website:
• Follow up with supplier to establish brand/campaign website
• Manage register database on website
• Work with content specialist to make sure website is up to date with events and activities.
• Be able to read/investigate Google analytic and report to Marketing manager.
• Continuously control the brand’s information on internet and have property action plan.
Facebook:
• Work with Agency and in-house Content specialist to well accomplish content plan
• Reply/respond to Facebook users’ comments and questions instantly.
• Have deep understanding of the Ads format on Facebook.
• Be able to evaluate ads campaigns on Facebook and propose improvement.
• Be able to setup and operate Facebook ads is a plus.
Instagram: Update content periodically
Google:
• Work with Agency to well accomplish ads campaigns
• Have deep understand of Ads format on Google
• Be able to evaluate ads campaigns on Facebook and propose improvement.
• Have worked with various Google ads campaign before.
• Be able to setup and operate Google ads is a plus.
Support brand team during events and campaign:
• Being able to quickly update news about events, activities on brand’s digital platforms.
• Support team in event organizing and urgent tasks.
