Duties
• Foster a positive employee relations climate by taking regular feedback from employees and managers and acting on it
• Keep up to date with employment law, work with managers on disciplinary records and ensure records are made
• Co-ordinate with production managers for worker arrangement (overtime, company holiday closures etc)
• Use the monthly dashboard of key indicators to drive improvement actions
• Manage internal communications
• Conduct exit interviews
• Work with management team and the HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions
• Partner with related function on talent acquisition, manage the training program including onboarding, organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development via training, coaching, propose for related solutions
• Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development, salary review, promotion, rotation & transfer
• Review and analyze HR metrics, using data to drive improvement actions
• Work closely with all functions to ensure that tools and policies are aligned, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance
• Provide career guidance to employees and partner with management to ensure these employees are growing in their career aspirations.
• Engage with talent acquisition team to provide input and review progress against hiring targets.
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
• Keep up to date with external trends and best practice in the areas of expertise and HR more broadly & Proactively share the best practice
• Support the HSE team to improve our safety record
• Work with managers to ensure good housekeeping inc 5S program
• Ensure smooth operations and daily check of the security teams, canteen, housekeeping, gardener, employee transportation and office equipment and report any issues to Administration Manager
• Build relationships with internal and external partner to seek improvement opportunities.
• Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues and build the case for change with stakeholders.
• Manage the HR at Plant 1 and/or Plant 2

• Ensure a stable and harmonious work environment in which each employee is able to perform, develop and feel proud to be part of the company.
• Works very closely with line managers to ensure they have the right people in the right roles and their people are engaged and productive. They use the services and expertise of specialist functions such as compensation & benefits, training, recruitment, performance management etc to bring the correct solutions for their people issues.

• Ability to work in English
• Ability to work autonomously, with a boss based in Viet Nam/ Hong Kong
