Develops and oversees processes related to associate conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, retirement and termination processes, issue resolution, and investigations. Supports associate development process by providing appropriate performance management coaching. Responsible for the implementation, planning of HR programs related to employee relations. Contributes to HR initiatives, including change management, performance management,succession planning, and development & etc.
Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensures compliance with labor regulations at all levels, in accordance to the local laws.
* Performs research and assessment of policy and employment law requirements for all HR policies and processes. Directs, designs, interprets and implements HR policies and procedures. Maintains associate handbook.
* Provides consultative advice to management and staff regarding behavioural, performance, or other employment issues, and conducts investigations as necessary.
* Develops and delivers management training and facilitation to encourage effective communication, performance management, corrective action, coaching and support.
* In coordination with HRD, Diversity and Inclusion, contributes to affirmative action program and report.
* Tracks associate turnover, and creates tools and solutions to reduce turnover and enhance associate satisfaction. Provides management with proactive feedback.
* Counsels associates and manages/supervisors on disciplinary and/or corrective actions, disputes with other Company staff or management, and work-related problems which may result in heightened conflict or workplace safety concerns. Strives to bring quick resolution to employee relations issues.
* Tracks and reports relevant HR metrics. Analyses metrics to identify trends, and recommends improvements to processes, policies, practices, and programs.
* Oversees and organisers exit interview program. Identifies and recommends solutions to problems identified through trending.
* Contributes to organisational efforts to maximise diversity and create an inclusive environment in which differences are valued.
Profile
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. Masters degree preferred.
* 5-8 years of progressive human resources experience
* Five (5) or more years of experience with primary responsibilities in employee relations.
* Manufacturing Background is a must.
* Garment, Retail, FMSG HR experience is a plus.

* Knowledge and ability to respond to any level of employee relations issue in a timely and professional manner.
* Strong knowledge of employment, employee relations, organisational development, training, succession planning, and retention.
* Advanced negotiation and conflict management skills.
* Excellent working knowledge local labour laws and regulations.
* Experience in dealing with change management/corporate culture principles and processes, as well as employee development principles.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of management, staff, external vendors, and to work effectively with diverse teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and research skills.
* Strong management, coaching and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

* Be able to re-allocate in Hanoi
* Be willing to work from Monday to Saturday noon
