Engineer, Assembly Process

1. Development process to setup new production line, launching new product.
o Process design, build work flow, PFMEA, PM check sheet for product.
o Co-operate with machine, tooling engineer to review machine, jig tool design.
o Co-operate with machine engineer to do trial process for new machine, jig tool, set up transfer line..
o Build operation instructions for production line, machine setting condition document, maintain standard, check sheet to
operate plating line.
o Mass trial run handle & mass production machine readiness preparation. Continue follow up the production feedback
after MP running.
o Apply ECN, PCN, horizontal expansion activities
2. Trouble shooting & problem solving for all related issue of quality, technical due to machine, jig tool assembly on
production line
o Troubleshooting to ensure the operation of equipment. Diagnose, analyse for trouble, error arising on production line,
process
o Action feedback for related quality problem of customer claim, in process audit…
3. Continue improvement for quality up, productivity up & reduce production cost
o Co-operate with machine engineer, production & quality team to improve capability, ability & performance of current MP
equipment, machine, line
o New product process design feedback to solve current chronic issue (quality & productivity) related process
4. Equipment management for production line
o Equipment working ability checks as periodically, preventive maintenance coordinate with production maintain team
o Release DWG to making & order spare part if need
o Contact with supplier for machine, equipment to take service when happen trouble & plan maintain
5. Support to supplier to solve issue during setup or trial new assembly process
