Scope of job: Produce and control event revenue including pricing and profitability to achieve established event sale goals. Supervise & coordinate all event and sale activities, personnel and business development
Main duties:
• Be aware of the key khuynh hướng in the market in order to create appropriate strategy
• Establish beneficial relationships with our clients, especially in Corporate, Commercial sector and MICE segments
• Interact with potential clients and industry trade representatives of competitive hotels
• Follow up business under negotiation as well as take care of confirmed business
• Build up selling prices strategy by monitoring cost, competition, supply and demand
• Pursue new market opportunities to increase event revenue
• Work with MKT nhóm to develop tiếp thị camping for event
• Improve customer satisfaction to create customer loyalty by deliver a positive event experience
• Revenue management, supervise, direct and coordinate the activity of personnel, subcontractors and vendors as required to successfully execute all aspect of the event

• Produce and set annual bán hàng business plan with General Manager
• Be always impeccably groomed to represent the khách sạn in a professional manner
• Be able to conduct an intensive khách sạn site inspection and join any hosted function as directed by the Management
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
