- Factory size : Land 22,500M2 / Building approx. 17,000M2
The job Description as below:
1. Managing maintenance department of approx. 14 persons
- Mechanical/Electrical maintenance staff
- Gardener
- Cleaners
- Truck / forklift drivers
2. Controlling/improving/implementing preventive maintenance schedule for all factory plant and equipment
3. Arranging the outsourcing/scheduling for maintenance of all plant and equipment with specialist companies
4. Scheduling and control of truck pickup/deliveries (2 x trucks)
5. Ensure the factory and surrounding areas are clean and well maintained at all times to ISO 14001 standards

1. At least 5 years’ experience managing maintenance department in a manufacturing company
2. Provide own transport to factory location in Tan Uyen, Binh Duong
3. Speak/read/write English
4. Strong leadership/personnel management skills
5. Has experience working to ISO 14001 standards
6. Has knowledge of operation/maintenance of following type of plant and equipment
- Water and fire pump systems
- Domestic and industrial wastes water treatment system
- Air Compressors
- Sheet metal CNC laser cutting
- Sheet metal CNC Turret punching
- Sheet metal CNC Press breaks
- Sheet metal Guillotines
- Mandrel tube bending
- CNC Lathes
- CNC Milling
- Robotic Welding machines
- Manual MIG, TIG welding
- Powder coating systems
- Transport Truck
- Forklifts
