For Engineer Position:
1. Education:
- Electrical Engineer (preferred Electrical Distribution & Electrical Equipment or Automation background) with Sales education or proven sales experience
2. Job Related Experience:
- At least 6 years experience in the same industry (Selling Electrical Distribution & Automation services to End-user in Energy, Industry or Building segment, preferably selling to factories of Industrial Zone Parks, EVN Power Plants or Transmission & Distribution Companies)
- Tracked Sales record
3. Business Understanding:
- Understand the market of Services business (where to sell, who to contact, how to influence to create demand)
- Understand how to approach End-user and to establish different sales channels
- Selling skills (Ability to prepare for a sales visit, visit customer, establish & maintain relationship, question, understand the need, provide solution, follow up, close the order)
- Other skills (Presentation, negotiation, time-management and project management)
4. Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
- English speak fluently
- Good at writing business document in both English and Vietnamese (TOEIC 605)
- Professionalism in Influencing and listening and present and conversation skills
For Manager Position:
1. Education: University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
2. Working Experience:
- At least 7 years of technical services sales on electrical distribution and automation
- At least 4 years of working experience on electrical distribution and automation
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in sales management
- Outside sale or Inside sales manager or CCC experience is a plus
3. Business Understanding:
- Electrical Distribution and Industry Automation market knowledge in area of work
- Customer understanding for demand generation, contract closing
- Service mindset, service business understanding.
4. Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
- General knowledge on Schneider Electric product and solution
- Deep knowledge of Schneider Electric Services offers throughout the Assets Life Cycle
- Advance selling skills, ability to build a sustainable, reliable relationship with customer
- Strong and confident management style with solid written and verbal skills needed
- Good level of presentation skills with ability to influence and convince
- Knowledge of contracts/tender, finance and project management
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
- Able to work under pressure, high commitment, self-motivated to achieve aggressive sales target. Excellent organizational skills.
