FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES:
- Responsible for managing and controlling all finance-related operations of the company including: management of the day-to-day transactions of accounting and procurement teams, preparing cash flow reports, conducting financial analysis and preparing periodic financial reports of the Company;
- Accountant to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business;
- Responsible for maximizing the return on investment with minimal costs by establishing and maintaining effective procurement, recommending proper amendment for financial policies and procedures;
- Ensure tax, legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions of the Company;
- Provide leadership and coaching to lead, develop and strengthen the internal control of the Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CRITICAL DRIVERS
90% Financial and Accounting Management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statements, cash flow, tax reports, payroll and SSI/HI contributions of the Company;
- Manage, review, analyze and coordinate the submission of the monthly reports to the stakeholders of the Company;
- Ensure the sound financial performance of the Company with the introduction of internal control policies, better cash flow management, AR collections, cost control, supply chain and inventory management, etc.;
- Prepare financial indicators and cash flow projections of the Company on a periodical basis;
- Prepare, assist and review the preparation of the Company’s annual business plans, budgets;
- To complete special projects including ISO accreditation;
- To assist in tax planning and financing strategies of the Company;
- To work with auditors, banks, tax authority and other regulators and ensure legal and regulatory compliance of the Company.
