Finance Manager, Phnom Penh

We are recruiting for Industrial/Manufacturing, and they are in need of Commercial Finance Manager & Director. They are looking for bold Finance Managers who would not take no for an answer, goal getter and excellent leaderships (International re-locations required)
Description
* Reviewed monthly Profit and Balance sheet before closing, Prepare financial adjustment entries at month end
* Prepared and analyzed all monthly reports: Profit & loss statement, net working capital, operation cash flow, Cost by nature, Cost Center Report, Headcount report, over/under absorption report
* Prepared monthly estimation for Order receipt, Backlog, Revenue, gross margin, operating earnings before interest & tax, operating cash flow
* Followed up and pushing timely cash collection, purchase hedging, clear Goods receipt and invoice receipt
* Followed up slow moving inventory items, work with production mangers, purchasers, Logistic to investigate and propose solution
* Lead stock-take, asset verification, include scheduling, guidance for participators, Observation, making inventory report after stock-take, investigate any significant variance
* Checked all documents before arriving to Factory controllers (included: contracts, payment documents, Supplier selection sheets)
* Followed up all back charges cases and prepare debit note, trace collection
* Reviewed raw material price variance, coordinated with related person in charge to make corrective action where is needed.
Profile
* Ideally you will be CPA or ACCA qualified with several years of experience in a similar Financial Controller role.
* You must have demonstrated hands on and proactive attitude in your past roles.
* Prior work experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
* You must also possess good communication/ interpersonal skills, advanced MS Excel skills as well as leadership and influencing skills.
* Finally, you will need to posses the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of business stakeholders.
* English, Mandarin and Cambodian languages preferred
