Firmware Architect

* Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, related field or equivalent work experience.
* 10+ years of professional firmware development experience.
* Strong C programming skills with expertise in Linux Yocto Project development framework
* Experience with Software architect design tool: UML, EA, DIA, and UML
* Experience with embedded software development, and embedded, RT operating systems.
* Experience with video protocols: RTSP, RTP, SRTP, etc.
* Experience with Linux multi-thread application
* Experience with modified u-boot (Boot loader), modified kernel device tree
* Experience with integration/debugging Linux kernel driver/module
* Experience with Shell-script: python, Bash-shell
* Experience with communication protocols like: USB, I2C, SPI, UART..
* Experience with firmware development for micro-controller platforms such as STM32, i.MX
* Experience with GPU (CUDA, CUDA for ARM, OpenCV), image, and video processing are huge plus
* Required language(s): fluent English
* Strong communication & visualization skills, very strong moderation and facilitation skills
* Strong ability to work in a team (empathy, active listening, offers feedback)
* Problem solving, conflict handling & coaching skills, stakeholder management
