Purpose of the Job:
- Sales and Hearing Ad Fitting.
- Perform Hearing Test
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the delivery of our high quality hearing care to clients. Responsibilities include dispensing hearing aids, performing audiometry test for customers.
• Hearing instrument consult for customer.
• Explain and guide customer how to use hearing instrument and other accessories.
• Take ear dimension and send to factory to produce on time.
• Answer all customer questions related to Phonak product, service.
• Assist sales manager in managing sale order and consume product.
• Responsible for customer data and send to customer service staff for documentation.
• Take care customer and build relationship with customer.
• Make related report as per requested by sales manager.
• Cash load management.
• Other tasks as assigned by sales manager

Basic Education: College Degree. Prefer people with audiology knowledge
Work Experience: 02 years

Social Competencies: Communication Skill
Leadership Competencies: Self-motivated
Professional Competencies: Ability to negotiate, Exceed target
Language: English competency is preferred.
IT skills: Excel, Word
