Fresher / Junior Qc

The QA team member is responsible for accepting the work from our developers and to act as a demanding client.
The QA member also serves as an adjunct to the development department by providing detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis aimed at refining the product.
In addition, the member must provide an example of professionalism and quality to the rest of the QA team. Every member takes care of their own responsibilities, communicating directly with management and clients oversees to flag critical issues before they become embedded in the software of the client. Everyday you will be:
Coordinating with other groups within our company
Organizing focused tests
Organizing the qualification of product builds
Assist in the integration and continued improvements of QA processes
Assist in the implementation of QA processes
Maintaining quality standards on products for both internal and external users.

Understanding of software quality assurance methodologies
Multi-task effectively and able to adhere to schedules
Highly organized
Demonstrated documentation skills
Communicate clearly and concisely with team members both in writing and verbally
Good English communication skills
Experience in automation testing (selenium / microsoft test manager) is a plus.
